Damages
If you need help with any damaged items in your delivery please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery to report this, do so by emailing the below email with the following information ;
- Order number
- Quantity of damages
- Images of every item which is damaged ( to clearly show the extent of the damage)

Cancellations
We need to be notified 2 working days prior to your delivery date, we only operate Monday to Friday.
Do so by emailing us on the below email address with your order reference or fill out the contact us for below - one of our colleagues will process the cancellation, aslong as the items have not already left us.

Returns
We need to be notified of your intent to return your order withing 14 days post delivery. This can be done by completing the contact us form below or email us on customerservice@tilewarehouse.co.uk.
All returns need to be sent back to us by insured tracked courier, these need to be back with Tile Warehouse within 28 days post delivery. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning goods. The return will be subject to our refunds and returns policy.
