Returns & Refunds
You are more than welcome to return any resell-able tiles to us within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that all refunds exclude any delivery charges and all returns sent to Tile Warehouse will be at your expense.
If you need to organise a return, simply contact Customer Support here and a member of the team will be in touch. Alternatively, you can use our web chat facility quoting your order reference number. Either way our team will be more than happy to help.
Only full boxes of the same tiles will be refunded or individual tiles with a RRP of £10 plus per tile. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on tiles that have been used in any way. We always recommend you check your order when it arrives to make sure you are happy with the condition of your tiles before commencing with your project.
Any tiles you are planning to return must be sent to Tile Warehouse at the following address along with your receipt as proof of purchase:

Please note that Tile Warehouse reserves the right to not offer a refund if:
- tiles are deemed as not being a resell-able condition
- there is no proof of purchase
- tiles are returned after 60 days of purchase
We hope that you will be happy with everything you have bought from Tile Warehouse. If, for some reason you are not, please return your products to us, together with your proof of purchase, within 60 days of purchase, and we will be happy to offer a refund.
All refunds will be made via the original payment method and processed once the goods have been received by Tile Warehouse. We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days.
