Finding the right tile for your home can be difficult with tiles available in so many different shapes, sizes, colours and finishes. Our free tile samples take the guesswork out of your important DIY projects by giving you a true feel for your chosen tiles.

How do I order a free tile sample?

Ordering tile samples from Tile Warehouse is easy and free.

1. Choose your sample: Browse our range of low-cost, top-quality tiles to find your perfect tile. Click the add sample button
2. Choose the size: From there, you can choose whether you want a free cut sample or a full-size sample. The samples are added straight to your basket no matter which type you choose.
3. Delivery: Simply follow the checkout steps and voila! We will get then process your order and get your samples delivered to you as quickly as possible for free.

You can choose up to three free cut tile samples, which will be delivered free the next working day. If you want more, just place another order! If a cut sample isn't quite enough, you can also purchase full-size sample tiles, which we'll also deliver for free.

Tips: We always recommend ordering a full-size sample for any tiles which have specific features, such as marble effect, so you can get a better feel for how the unique variations may look.

How long does it take to deliver a free tile sample?

We offer free next working day delivery on all cut tile samples and can deliver to either your home or work address. It doesn’t get much better than that!

Can I return tile samples?

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for cut samples. But don’t worry, we’ve created a handy advice guide showing you what to do with your tile samples once you’ve finished with them. Click here to find out more about how to recycle your tile.

Why can’t I add a sample for my chosen tiles?

Tile Warehouse offers free cut tile samples for all our indoor and outdoor tiles, together with free delivery. If for any reason you can't see a sample available for your chosen product, please contact our customer services team who will be more than happy to assist you.

How do you get free tile samples from Tile Warehouse?

To order your free cut tile samples from Tile Warehouse search for your chosen tile and click on ‘Add Free Cut Sample’. You can order a maximum of three cut samples in any one order.

One you’ve added your free cut sample(s) to your basket, proceed to checkout, where you just need to add your address details. Your free tile samples will be posted out to you as soon as possible.

Do you offer full-size samples?

Tile Warehouse also offers customers the option to purchase full-size samples and these will be delivered for free.

Do I need to create an account in order to get free tile samples?

There is no need to create an account to order free tile samples from Tile Warehouse. However, there is the option for customers to create an account if they would prefer.

Will my sample tile be exactly the same as my order?

While we make every effort to send samples that are taken from our current inventory, we are never able to assure that your tiles will precisely match the sample you receive as tiles do differ from batch to batch and within the pattern itself.
