Order up to 3 FREE cut samples and unlimited full-size samples with free delivery.

Can't decide on tiles? We've all been there. That's why we let you try before you buy with our completely free cut samples! There's no need to enter any card details, just order up to 3 free cut samples and get free delivery.

If a cut sample isn't enough, we also offer the option to order a full-size sample. This will be a whole tile; you'll only pay the price of the tile and we'll cover the delivery fee.

Free Cut Samples

You can order up to 3 cut samples for free!

Most cut samples are 10cm x 10cm. Some cut samples may differ in size to better represent the tile.

Full-Size Samples

You can order unlimited full-size samples. You'll only pay the price of the tile and we'll cover the delivery fee.

Full-size samples are the whole tile, whether 10x20 or 60x60, you'll get the full tile to experiment with and test at home.

All sample orders have free delivery! You'll get them the within two working days when ordered before 1pm, and the day after that if ordered after 1pm.

How to Order Samples

Ordering tile samples from Tile Warehouse is easy. You can choose up to three free cut samples per order and unlimited full-size samples, plus they will be delivered for free.

To order your tile samples, follow these steps:

  1. Browse our range of top-quality tiles to find some you love.
  2. Click the 'Add Sample' button and choose a free cut sample or a full-size sample.
  3. You'll find your samples in the sample basket, then order! Just follow our simple checkout and your samples will be with you in no time.

We always recommend ordering a full-size sample for any tiles which have specific features, such as marble or terrazzo effect, so you can get a better feel for how the unique variations may look.

How long does it take to deliver samples?

We offer free delivery on all cut tile samples and can deliver to either your home or work address. It doesn’t get much better than that!

Can I return tile samples?

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for cut samples.

Do you offer free tile samples at Tile Warehouse?

Tile Warehouse offers free cut tile samples for all our indoor and outdoor tiles together with free delivery. If for any reason there are any not showing as available, please get in touch and we’ll arrange for one to be sent to you.

How do you get free tile samples from Tile Warehouse?

To order your free cut tile samples from Tile Warehouse search for your chosen tile and click on ‘Add Free Cut Sample’. You can order as many as you need but they can only be ordered in groups of up to 3 at a time, as this is how they will be delivered.

Once you’ve added your free cut sample(s) to your basket, proceed to checkout, where you just need to add your address details. Your free tile samples will be posted out to you as soon as possible.

Do you offer full-size samples?

Tile Warehouse also offers customers the option to purchase full-size samples and these will be delivered free of charge.

Do I need to create an account in order to get free tile samples?

There is no need to create an account to order free tile samples from Tile Warehouse. However, there is the option for customers to create an account if they would prefer.
