Made up of 40% recycled material, the BAL Waterproof 1C is a ready to use polymer system designed for tanking internal wet walls in a single application. Providing complete waterproofing protection of substrates prior to fixing internal wall and floor tiles, prime your surface first with undiluted BAL Primer 1C and allow to dry for 15-30 minutes.

Suitable substrates: Concrete, rendering, Tile Backer Boards, Cement Sand Screed, Anhydrite Screeds, Hard Natural Stone, Glazed/Unglazed Ceramic Tiles, Timber Floors, Plaster*, Plasterboard* and Ply Overlay* (*not recommended substrates for use in wet or shower areas).

Able to bridge cracks of 2-3mm without the need for tape, its fibre strand technology provides improved strength. Simply apply with a roller, a 4mm notched trowel or a brush and you can tile over it in just two hours.
