Free Delivery on Orders Over £300

For orders under £300 and over 20kg in weight, delivery is just £30. For smaller orders under 20kg, delivery is £10.95 (standard) and £11.95 (next day). Please note postcode restrictions apply and may incur additional charges.

For all orders over 20kg in weight, we deliver direct to kerbside on your chosen delivery date, which you can select at checkout. Please see our deliveries page for more information.

Next Day Delivery

We offer a next day service on orders placed before midday; this is just £30 for orders over 20kg or £10.95 for orders under 20kg. *Postcode restrictions apply

Free Next Working Day Sample Delivery

We offer free postage on all samples and aim to deliver the next working day.

Returns

You can return your order to us within 28 days of purchase for a full refund. Simply notify Tile Warehouse within 14 days of delivery. Once you have notified us of your wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the tiles to us. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning your order.
